Our History

Mike Davidov conceived an idea of an innovative accounting firm back in the end of 90′s when he was involved in CPA firm selection at his employer at the time.  Following his employer’s unique requirements and his own approach, Mike interviewed seven firms of different sizes using a twenty-criteria decision matrix that he developed specifically for this purpose.   While the winner was ultimately selected, Mike made several important observations that led him to the thought of starting his own accounting firm that would make client satisfaction a top priority.  The blueprint for such a firm was created in 2001, and in 2003 the firm was launched.

Since 2003, we have provided expert tax and accounting services to individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations in Washington DC Metro area and beyond.  Our goal now, as it was then, is to help our clients lead and enjoy a better and less stressful lifestyle by eliminating any and all of their tax and  accounting concerns.
