                                                                   Today’s fast-paced world is filled with opportunities for aggressive and talented

                                                                   opens up, an employee is likely to “jump ship” and leave his current employer.
                                                                   Perhaps you’ve suffered the loss of a key accounting staff member to a competitor,
                                                                   with little or no advance notice. It happens all the time. Or … maybe your company
                                                                   is growing rapidly and a job title has been created and needs to be filled.

In either case, you may want to “test drive” a job candidate before making a permanent financial commitment. We can help you
find the right interim candidate to fill the position.  While we are not a temporary personnel agency, we do have access to
professional interim or temporary employees with professional accounting skills.
In fact, we are quite different from traditional employment agencies because all of our interim candidates have been
handpicked after a rigorous “weeding out” process that includes a written intelligence test … a complete background check
(including a careful review of past consumer and criminal records, if any) … and a check of professional references – all of
which are designed to make our candidates better than those you can find anywhere else.

We even perform a psychological compatibility test for each job candidate to make sure that he or she will be the right

You may elect to use agencies or recruiters with whom you’ve worked in the past. That’s not a problem. In fact, we can still help
you with your selection of an interim candidate.  We’ll act as your “Human Resources Department” and conduct an in-person or
telephone interview of the job candidate … administer all necessary written and/or oral tests … run background and
personal/professional reference checks … even assess your candidate’s personality to see if he or she will be a good fit.

Our work on your behalf will leave you free to spend your time more efficiently and productively. Of course, the final decision on
whether or not to hire a candidate will rest with you.
An important note: this service is extremely popular with small and medium-sized businesses that may not have the personnel to
effectively conduct a search for temporary staff members. If that describes you and your firm, this service may be right for you.
