- Appointment and Phone/Chat Consultation Policy:
1. Appointments can usually be scheduled within 24-72 hours from the
time you contact us. During the tax season, appointments get scheduled
very quickly, so our clients are advised to take a first available time slot.
If you need an urgent appointment, please indicate so.
Our regular business hours are 9am to 6pm EST. We do offer evening
(6pm - 8pm) and weekend hours (Saturday - 2pm-7pm, Sunday - noon to
6pm) for the convenience of our clients. Please ask for an after hours
appointment if you are busy during normal business hours. Broken
appointments (not canceled at least 1 hour prior to the appointment time)
are charged an extra $25. The appointments are free for existing clients
or new clients who sign up for our services following the appointment.
Otherwise, a one hour appointment is charged a $150 fee.
2. Chat and Phone questions/consultations are always free.
3. Appointments are held in our Old Town Alexandria office, your office
or home, or another mutually convenient place.
